Twitter has acquired We Are Hunted, a small,music discovery service start-up based in Australia.
“While we are shutting down wearehunted.com, we will continue to create services that will delight you, as part of the Twitter team”,said wearehunted.com.
In a tweet, Twitter also confirmed the acquisition.

As for We Are Hunted, they informed its users of the acquisition on its site, giving them the opportunity to grab their favorites before their accounts are shut down, along with the site.
Twitter has not disclosed a price for the We Are Hunted deal.
In January last year, it purchased Canada-based social aggregator Summify, which focuses on news and Dasient, a security company.
