Google has started showing Google Plus Friends with their Photo in Auto Suggest list while searching from Google Search box.
On clicking the Google plus Auto suggestion, Google is showing the Search results for that Google plus Name.
This feature is NOT yet appearing for all Google Plus Users. And, right now it is NOT including the Business page or Community pages while showing the Auto suggestion.
Recently Google is taking lot of rigorous steps for promoting the Google plus application. It has integrated Google Plus with YouTube, and including Google plus posts within Google Search results.
Update: This feature was NOT available after sometime. So, it looks like Google is still testing this new feature.
