Google has acquired a Switzerland-based company “Bitspin” that is known for designing an Android alarm clock app called Timely.
”We’re thrilled to announce that Bitspin is joining Google, where we’ll continue to do what we love: building great products that are delightful to use,” Bitspin Team Said.
Terms of the deal were not revealed.Now it is listed as free at the Google Play store.
