The South Korean company Samsung has announced a new smartphone “Galaxy Alpha” with a metal frame that is smaller and thinner than its flagship model.
Samsung says a metal frame and curved corners give the Galaxy Alpha a “sophisticated” look.
The Galaxy Alpha is powered by an octa-core chipset and it runs the latest Android 4.4 KitKat operarting system.
It is having 32GB Internal Memory, But there is no microSD expansion slot.
Samsung is highlighting the metal frame and other design aspects of the Galaxy alpha than its specifications and features. Samsung describes the Galaxy Alpha as representing a “new design approach”.
The Galaxy Alpha will be available at the beginning of September.
At launch, it will be available in Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Frosted Gold, Sleek Silver, and Scuba Blue.
