Project Ara is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Head of Product Rollout
- Head of Developer Relations and Supply Chain
- Senior Platform Architect/Deputy Chief Engineer
Head of Product Rollout
The rollout head is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of the market pilot for Project Ara slated for 2015, and subsequently managing the scaling from pilot to a global rollout.
Head of Developer Relations & Supply Chain
This individual is responsible for the recruitment of developers to participate in the Project Ara module developer ecosystem. Developers can range from startups to new entrants from adjacent markets to mobile industry incumbents who develop modules for the Ara platform using the Module Developers Kit (MDK).
Senior Platform Architect/Deputy Chief Engineer
This individual would help exercise technical oversight over the development of the Project Ara platform and prototype module and endoskeleton development efforts. This includes management of an ODM design team, oversight of prototype manufacturing operations, and manufacturing scale-up for a market pilot and subsequent global launch.
