YouTube has announced that it is rolling out new Google+ based Comments system.
The comments will be sorted by relevance instead of recency by taking into account who wrote a comment, Google +1s, the number of replies and other signals to surface the best comments.
Users can switch from the “Top Comments” view to “Newest First” if they want to see the comments in the old way.
Because of the Google+ integration, the comment writers can choose to make their comments visible to the public or to their Google+ circles.
