Microsoft and Facebook had jointly funded Internet Bug Bounty program named as “Hackerone”.
They will offer cash prizes to the persons who find any security issues of internet related technologies. They believe that this kind Bounty programs will encourage the ethical hackers who may help to make the internet more safer by reporting the bugs in responsible ways.
Hackerone offers Bug Bounty prizes in various categories, such as Sandbox, Internet, openSSL,php, perl, ruby, rails, python,etc.
A panel is setup to manage this Bug Bounty Program. Employees of Facebook, Microsoft and Google are taking part in this Panel.
