On Monday Google disclosed $9.5 million in cash bonuses,for certain executives.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Chief Financial Officer Patrick Pichette’s bonus increased to $3 million from $2.8 million and Chief Business Officer Nikesh Arora received a $3.5 million bonus, up from $2.8 million last year.
Google Chief Legal Officer and head of Corporate Development David Drummond will receive a $3 million bonus, Google said. Drummond’s bonus last year was $3.3 million.
Google CEO Larry Page and co-founder Sergey Brin will not receive a bonus, according to a filing made on Monday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, continuing the founder’s practice of not taking one.
